1. Overview

Healing Corner Creations is an online platform that showcases and sells artwork and handmade items created by artists in recovery. All items listed on our website are individually created, packaged, and shipped by the artist who made them.

By purchasing through Healing Corner Creations, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🌼 2. Artist-Direct Shipping

All artwork, jewelry, and handmade items are shipped directly from each artist.
This means:

  • Shipping times may vary by artist

  • Packaging may differ based on the item

  • You may receive multiple shipments if purchasing from multiple artists

🌻 3. Shipping & Delivery Policies

  • Artists are required to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of purchase.

  • All shipments must include tracking and insurance to protect both the buyer and the artist.

  • Tracking information may be provided directly by the artist or forwarded to you through Healing Corner Creations.

🌼 4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Because all items are shipped directly from artists:

Healing Corner Creations is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer

Insurance claims must be filed by the artist or buyer with the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).

We will support communication between buyer and artist when needed, but HCC does not handle postal claims.

🌻 5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of handmade, one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final unless the artist chooses to offer a personal return policy.

Healing Corner Creations does not guarantee returns, replacements, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Misinterpretation of product descriptions

  • Damage during shipping

  • Delivery issues caused by the carrier

🌼 6. Product Descriptions & Photography

All product photos and descriptions are provided by each individual artist. Colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, natural materials, and handmade variations.

🌻 7. Payment & Fees

Payments are processed securely through the website.
Healing Corner Creations collects your payment, not the artist, and ensures they receive their portion after the item is confirmed delivered.

🌼 8. Artist Requirements (Buyer Awareness)

All artists working with Healing Corner Creations agree to:

  • Ship items within 48 hours

  • Include tracking

  • Include insurance

  • Provide proof of shipment

  • Package their items safely and professionally

This ensures you receive the best possible experience.
