Healing Corner Creations was born from my own journey in recovery. For a long time, I carried trauma, addiction, and the weight of trying to rebuild myself from the inside out. Recovery hasn’t been a straight line, and it hasn’t been easy — but it has been the most meaningful work of my life.

Along the way, I discovered that creativity did something nothing else could:
it gave me peace, purpose, and a way back to myself.

Making jewelry, working with natural stones and wood, creating with my hands — those moments helped calm my anxiety, helped me stay grounded, and helped me reconnect to the parts of me I thought I’d lost. Art became a way to heal, to express, and to grow.

As I met others on their own recovery paths, I realized so many people were incredibly creative and talented, yet unsure of how to share their work or lacking the support to put themselves out there. I saw artists who deserved to be celebrated, but who didn’t have a platform — and I remembered exactly what that felt like.

That’s when the idea for Healing Corner Creations came to life.

I wanted to build a space where:

• Creativity and recovery could come together

• Artists in recovery could feel seen, valued, and supported

• People could find meaning in both the art and the stories behind it

• Community, hope, and healing could be shared
