🌻 ARTIST RESOURCES
We’re here to walk you through everything
If you’re interested in becoming an artist with Healing Corner Creations, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
📞 Call us and we’ll walk you through the entire process step by step — from applying, to sending photos of your work, to packaging, to getting paid.
You can also reach us by email at thehealingcorner@togetherdelta.com if that’s easier.
🌼 1. Getting Started as an HCC Artist
When you’re ready to join, we will help you with:
Understanding how HCC works
Submitting your first pieces for listing
Setting prices
Shipping expectations
How and when you’ll be paid
You don’t have to be “techy” or “professional” already — we’ll support you as you go.
🌿 2. Photos of Your Artwork (Simple + Supported)
You do not need professional photography equipment.
Here’s how it works:
You take decent, clear photos of your work using your phone
Email them to us at thehealingcorner@togetherdelta.com
HCC will edit the photos for brightness, clarity, and cropping
We will send the edited versions back to you for final approval before posting them on the website
Our goal is to make your art look its best while keeping the process easy and stress-free for you.
🌻 3. Packaging & Shipping (Overview)
Because artists ship their orders directly to buyers, we’ll give you simple, clear guidelines when you join. The basics:
Ship orders within 48 hours of notification
Always include tracking and insurance
Package items safely (padded, protected, secure)
Include your HCC marketing materials in each order
We’ll send all of this in your Artist Welcome Packet, along with written instructions you can keep.
🌼 4. Your HCC Marketing Kit
After you join, we’ll mail you a Marketing Kit that may include:
HCC Thank-You Cards for buyers
Branding/Mission cards to explain what HCC is
Artist Spotlight cards so buyers can learn about you
A few stickers and branding elements
A simple Packaging Guide
We’ll show you exactly how to use each item so every package feels professional and meaningful.
🌿 5. Your Artist Bio & Recovery Story (Optional)
If you’re comfortable, we invite you to share a short artist bio and (optional) recovery-focused story so buyers can connect with you and your work.
You can send it in your own words — HCC will edit for professionalism, clarity, and privacy and send it back for your approval before posting.
We’ll guide you on what to include, such as:
Your first name
What you create
How creativity supports your recovery or wellbeing
What inspires your pieces
🌻 6. Submitting New Work
When you’re ready to submit new items, you’ll:
Call or email us so we know you’re sending something new
Email clear photos (we’ll edit them)
Include basic details: item name, size, materials, price
We’ll format everything, send it to you for approval, and then post it to the website.
