1. Purpose of Healing Corner Creations (HCC)

Healing Corner Creations is a recovery-based art marketplace created to support artists in recovery by providing a platform to sell their handmade work while promoting healing, purpose, and community.

2. Eligibility to Participate

To participate as an HCC Artist, you must:

✔️ Be in recovery or actively working toward recovery
✔️ Create handmade artwork, jewelry, or creative items
✔️ Agree to follow HCC guidelines for submissions, packaging, and shipping
✔️ Maintain respectful communication and uphold HCC values

3. Revenue & Payment Structure

All sales through Healing Corner Creations follow the 65/30/5 model:

✔️ 65% — Artist Earnings
✔️ 30% — HCC Operations (website, marketing, branding, admin, materials)
✔️ 5% — Donation to mental health awareness organizations

Payments are issued to the artist once the buyer receives the package and delivery is confirmed.

4. Submitting Your Artwork for Listing

Artists agree to follow these guidelines when submitting artwork:

✔️ Description Requirements

Artists must provide:

✔️ Item title
✔️ Brief description of the piece
✔️ Dimensions, materials, and any special details
✔️ Price recommendation (HCC may assist if needed)

5. Submitting Photos of Your Artwork

HCC keeps the photo process simple — artists do not need professional photography.

Artists must provide 2–4 clear photos of each item submitted.

✔️ Photos should be taken in natural lighting
✔️ Include front, back, and side views (jewelry only needs front + detail shots)
✔️ Photos may be taken with a standard phone camera
✔️ Images should be steady, unfiltered, and unedited
✔️ HCC will professionally edit all photos for clarity, lighting, and background
✔️ Edited photos will be sent back for artist approval before posting
✔️ Additional photos may be requested if needed

6. Packaging Requirements

Artists are responsible for packaging their items safely and including required HCC branding materials.

✔️ Items must be securely wrapped
✔️ Include all HCC marketing materials (sent in the Artist Welcome Kit)
✔️ Use appropriate padding for fragile items
✔️ Maintain clean and professional presentation

HCC will send a Packaging Guide with step-by-step instructions.

7. Shipping Requirements

Artists ship purchases directly to buyers.

✔️ Orders must be shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation
✔️ Artists must purchase tracking + insurance for every package
✔️ A photo or copy of the shipping receipt must be emailed or texted to HCC
✔️ Artist payment is issued after delivery is confirmed
✔️ Signature confirmation is required for high-value items
✔️ Artists are responsible for shipping costs (covered by their 65% earnings)

HCC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

8. Artist Conduct & Communication

Artists agree to:

✔️ Maintain timely communication
✔️ Respond to HCC messages within a reasonable timeframe
✔️ Notify HCC of any delays or concerns
✔️ Uphold respect, honesty, and professionalism

Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the marketplace.

9. Use of Artist Images, Bios & Stories

Artists grant HCC permission to use:

✔️ Submitted photos
✔️ Artist bio
✔️ Recovery-focused story (optional)
✔️ Artwork descriptions
✔️ Spotlight features

These may appear on the website, marketing materials, and social media.
Artists will receive edits for approval before publishing.

10. Artist Spotlight Program

Each artist will be featured in a rotating Artist Spotlight.

✔️ Artist will provide a brief bio
✔️ HCC will edit for clarity + professionalism
✔️ Photo of artist is optional
✔️ Spotlight postcard will be mailed with orders

11. Termination of Agreement

This agreement may be ended at any time by either party.
However:

✔️ All active orders must still be fulfilled
✔️ Artist earnings will be paid out upon completion of deliveries

12. Agreement Confirmation

By signing below or submitting the digital form, the artist acknowledges that they have:

✔️ Read and understood the agreement
✔️ Agreed to all guidelines and requirements
✔️ Understand the 65/30/5 revenue model
✔️ Agree to communicate and ship items promptly
✔️ Agree that HCC may edit bios and photos for professionalism
